Damian Dajcz had the culinary experience, but didn't want to open a traditional brick and mortar restaurant. " I always have the idea of starting my own business," he said in a video by Social Studies DC., adding, "I didn't want to start doing the restaurant because it was too demanding."
With the food truck concept becoming very popular in places like Washington, D.C., Dajcz decided to open Mojo. His truck offers the Chivito sandwich. A favorite from his native Uruguay. He enjoys interacting directly with the customers as well as the ability of changing locations daily. The downside to being in the food truck business is always looking for parking as well as having to worry about the weather.
