I miss my family
by millet

The weather is not cooperating, it is always very cold in England.  But the British are very friendly.  Had a good day out in Liverpool, England, hometown of the Beatles.  Plus, I am starting driving lessons, bec England vehicles are right-hand drive.  And I have enrolled in a gym at Pond's Forge and have started going to church again.  I have applied for jobs but recruiters are picky about references and I haven't got any from the UK.

I would soon be going home and would surely have  the time of my life as it  is soon the wedding event of the family.  Jewel and Chris, Mommy wishes you all the best in your career and your relationship as a married couple.  I advise that you start reproducing ASAP. :)

Boom, how come all the jobs available worth having here are for IT engineers, IT managers, web developers, software developers?  Does that mean my skills are out of date? :(

Have to re-read the earlier fine blogs on career change, job hunting, lifesyle change on this website.

Change is really scary especially when you do it alone in a far away place and during middle age. I miss speaking in Tagalog.  I often catch myself beginning to talk in the quaint Sheffield accent

More later.

Tough to start in a new place. I love GB though. If your in Liverpool, you should try and get over to the Cavern Club. Good luck with the job search.
