It's an ingenious home based business. Eve, Kathleen and Clem run Fat Cookies from their second floor apartment in San Francisco. Think of it as a more elaborate version of selling lemonade on a street corner and then getting written up in some well read blogs.

The customer walks up, pulls a string, and attaches a dollar to a pulley system. The Fat Cookies gang lifts it up, puts a fresh baked cookie in a bag, and lowers it down. Just like HBO's "The Wire," but with cookies instead of drugs. If you have a second story apartment, you have a business.

Since they've been noticed on-line, Fat Cookies has gotten quite a few more people who "like" them on Facebook.
