More Optimism In Employment
There seems to be the beginnings of a turnaround in the economy. With the latest job numbers, Christmas spending etc. What's next?
Starting about three months ago, some workers have started to feel confident in the security of their jobs. The survey by Randstad, a human resources firm, says that workers believe they won't get fired.
There are plenty of people who have hung onto their jobs over the last couple of years even though they may have wanted to quit. The survey indicated that one in three say they plan to change jobs in 2012. Even some government data suggests more people are considering quitting. CNBC
